Ashei Khan is a Detroit-born visionary — a director, writer, and producer who turned raw hustle into motion picture.

From the underground rise of The Come Up to the chaos of Hood Chicks, Drugz & Strippers, and Murder City, his films capture the heart of the grind: ambition, betrayal, and survival.

What started with a handheld camera and a trunk full of DVDs evolved into a multi-series cinematic universe known as New Detroit — a space where real people become characters, and characters become legacy.

Every storyline is a reflection of the same message that built his empire:
Loyalty Is Everything.

Today, Khan leads the Black Diamond Republic, a creative network that merges film, fashion, and music — giving rising talent a platform to earn, grow, and be seen.
